What payment method do you accept?
Currently we accept credit cards payment and bank transfer for larger order value.
How will you ship my products?
We shrink wrap your stickers and package with poly-mailer or small boxes to protect them from damage or bending, and ship out through our courier partner to your doorstep.
What is your turnaround time?
After we received the payment for your order, we will show you design mockup and confirmation before send for production. On average it take 7-10 working days before the stickers reach your hand.
What file format do you accept?
We support all the general artwork format including .eps, .ai, .pdf, .svg, .sketch, .png, .jpg, .gif, .tif, .psd. We recommend your artwork be at least 300dpi.
Can I see the proof before production?
Definitely, all orders receive a free online proof within 24 hours during business day, we will only send for production after you have approve it.
What if my stickers has different length or width?
Fret not, we charge our stickers by square centimeter. For instance, your artwork that is 7cm x 3cm=21cm² it will be charge based on 25cm²; 9cm x 5cm= 45cm² it will charge based on 49cm².
