OVERVIEW OF ORDERING PROCESS

Once you place your order, you’ll immediately receive an email confirmation with your order number. Within 48 hours (often faster) you will receive the production mockup based on what you ordered from the site. There you’ll have the opportunity to approve it, or make suggestions for changes and improvements (remember, all of your artwork for an order is FREE. We don’t charge for art design and prep!). Once you’ve approved the production mockup we will go into production. Remember, nothing goes into production without your approval!

About Artwork

What kind of artwork should I upload?

The higher the resolution the better. AI or EPS files work the best.

Do you keep my artwork on file?

Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy!

About Shipping & Delivery

How fast will I get my order?

Production times are listed for every item on the site. This is the number of business days it takes to print your item after you’ve approved the production mockup. The number of days for delivery depends on the shipping carrier.

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes! We have customers from different part of world. During checkout you will be able to input your address and we will show you the shipping price based on the products you have selected in your cart and your desired location.

Do you charge GST/VAT or Import Duty?

We collect all applicable taxes for goods and services (which included into our pricing) shipped in Malaysia only. If you are based outside on Malaysia, we will not cover the import duty in destination region.

About Payment

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfer.

General Ordering Information

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been imprinted with your logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?

Yes! We will never go into production until you have approved the production mockup.

What if I’m unhappy with my order?

If you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or ‘not as promised’ just contact our Customer Service or Account Manager and we’ll reprocess your order or refund your money. We’ll even pay the shipping to get the problem product returned. We are in this for the long-haul and will work with you to be sure you’re 100% satisfied. We meant it!

Can I get a discount on super high volume?

Sure thing! Contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

What if I couldn't find the product I want?

We are continue bringing creative products to you from time to time. If you couldn’t find certain product that you are looking for, do email us and let us know. We will work with the best manufacturer to bring the products to life!
